We’re looking for local businesses, artisans, food vendors, nonprofits, makers, and community organizations who want to showcase their work, connect with attendees, and support LGBTQ+ visibility in SWFL.

-Family-Friendly Requirement: All vendors, products, signage, and displays must be family-friendly and appropriate for a public community event. Event organizers reserve the right to remove any inappropriate materials.
-Vendor Space: Standard vendor spaces are 10’ x 10’. Food trucks and large food vendors will be placed in designated spaces.
-Setup Time: Vendors must be fully set up by 2:00 PM.
-Stay for Full Event: Vendors are required to remain open for the entire festival and may not break down early.
-Vendor Equipment: Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and display materials.
-Cleanliness: Vendors must keep their area clean and remove all trash and materials at the end of the event.
-Food Vendor Regulations: Food vendors must comply with Florida Department of Health requirements.
-Event Authority: Event organizers reserve the right to enforce all rules and remove vendors who do not comply.
